Orders may be placed directly on our website with complete assurance that your credit card transactions are secure. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express cards. We do not extend terms.

We generally ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Domestic shipments: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day are available. We charge our customers based on the exact charge from UPS. The charge on your web order includes the maximum that the shipping charge will be. In many instances, we can reduce the shipping charge due to lower insurance rates after our discounts are deducted.
Domestic shipments: Priority Mail. If the order fits into the Flat Rate Priority Mail packaging, the base charge is $5.25 before insurance is added. Orders above $200 will receive free shipping via Priority Mail.
If you wish another form of shipping or the least expensive form of shipping, please put a note in the “Comment” section of the order form and we will try to accommodate your request.
International Customers: we ship via Express Mail or Priority Mail International. We charge based on the exact post office rate. If you wish to have another type of shipping, please put a note in the “Comment” section of the order form.
We apply all of the discounts available to an order prior to finalizing the charge on the credit card. The discounts are deducted in the office and do not show up on the web version of your order.
We want our customers to be satisfied with the products they purchase from Rishashay. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt – NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Returns must be in original packaging and in original condition. We are sorry but we are unable to accept returns on chain that has been cut to order or on Closeout items.
We make every attempt to keep our online inventory current. Infrequently, we might have an error that allows a customer to order more than is available. We will make every attempt to contact the customer to let them know the item is out of stock. All back-orders are shipped with no charge for shipping and we always contact the customer when the item is back in stock.
